Shipping & Duties Policy

HALUMINOUS ships worldwide with all duties and taxes included. You will never be charged additional customs, duty or import fees on delivery.

1. Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Timing depends on the piece and stock availability.

• Domestic (Australia): 2–5 business days processing plus standard domestic shipping
• International: 3–10 business days processing plus international delivery times
• Made-to-order / atelier pieces: 10–30 business days, as noted in the product description

2. Duties, Customs and Import Taxes — Covered by Us
HALUMINOUS pays all import duties, customs charges and taxes on your behalf. Our prices are delivered-duty-paid (DDP), so:

• No additional VAT, duty, customs or handling fees will be charged to you on delivery
• This applies to all international destinations, including the EU, Aisa, UK and USA
• The total shown at checkout is the total you pay — there are no surprise fees

3. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once dispatched, an order is with the courier and subject to transit, customs processing and local conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, or for orders held or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

4. Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order and Atelier Pieces
Some pieces are pre-ordered or made-to-order; production time is noted on the product page.

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
